SELIT is active in various technical committees in the field of flooring and acoustics and directs various working groups and project groups. This means that new findings from the association work can be directly implemented in standardisation. Conversely, new findings from standardisation flow directly into our product development.
We are also committed to high quality and consumer safety and this commitment goes beyond the boundaries of our own company. In this regard, SELIT is very active in standardisation work, both at national (DIN standards) and international (EN and ISO standards) levels. By developing new test methods and draft standards, participating in and conducting interlaboratory surveys and exchanging and passing on information, we define standards for customers and gain new insights for our products.
