Change in SELIT’s Management: Adrian Smaza Takes Over as Interim Managing Director of Sales & Marketing

The NMC Group, as the owner of SELIT Dämmtechnik GmbH, announces a change in SELIT’s management. Roland Skibbe has stepped down from his role as Managing Director of Sales & Marketing and has left the company.
For many years, SELIT has been a leading supplier of high-quality extruded XPS and XPO underlays and a reliable partner for customers in Retail and industry throughout Europe. In light of changing market demands, the NMC Group is working on the further organizational and strategic development of SELIT.

Adrian Smaza has temporarily assumed responsibility for the Sales and Marketing divisions. Adrian Smaza is the Managing Director of NMC Deutschland GmbH and has many years of experience in the flooring industry as well as in sales and marketing. In the coming months, he will work with the existing team to analyse the market and identify further potential, while continuing to develop SELIT’s sales and marketing activities. The focus will be on the future direction of the sales strategy, the optimisation of sales structures, and the creation and utilisation of synergies within the NMC Group.
