The father of the current managing directors Marco and Rouven Seitner, he was the second generation of the family to lead the company, developing and sustainably shaping it from 1971.<\/p>\n<p>While the company initially traded in timber and operated a ready-mix concrete plant, Bernd Seitner had the right instinct for a forward-looking strategy and a high degree of innovative strength when he reorganised the company in 1980, entering the business of producing plastic for construction materials.<\/p>\n<p>This is still the company\u2019s main focus today.
