PLI today announced the strategic agreement for converting and distributing non pre-attached flooring underlayment in North America. PLI already produces a variety of foam underlayment products for the laminate floor industry in four locations in the USA and will now add XPS underlayment for loose laid applications using extruded styrene foam produced by SELIT North America in Plattsburgh, NY.

PLI will convert and distribute underlayment based on the world wide well known SELITAC® Foam. Also included in the co-operation agreement are all patents, design rights and brands, so that PLI will introduce the SELITAC® Foam with the easy lay®, easy cut® and the brand new easy click® technology.
This coming spring PLI will start producing and offering a wide assortment of underlayment based on SELITAC® with all its innovations and technologies. At SURFACES 2011 in Las Vegas, PLI will show the assortment for the first time.
